Just ask someone who just bought a house!

That person will answer you that they probably would have paid $5,000 to $10,000 more.

If you ask them why they didn’t pay more, they will answer you that...

“The agent told us that we could get it at that price”

Why pay more?

So many people lose between $5,000 to $10,000 – and that’s before the agent’s fees are taken out.

And the majority of people blindly give away the selling rights to their biggest asset to a complete stranger!

Real estate agents know what you don’t know... They know that you don’t know anything (or barely) when it comes to real estate, which works to their advantage because if you don’t know... You are easily manipulated!
